Discovery
Too
often, projects begin without a clear, concise understanding of the

Our discovery process engages the people who are actually performing and struggling with the daily workflow tasks. We examine their workflow and identify the bottlenecks—areas where inefficiencies, redundant systems or unnecessary complexities interfere with organizational efficiency. Our team then translates it all into a clear language everyone can understand.
Prototyping
Once
we have a firm, detailed understanding of the project, our workflow
designers step in, delivering a web-based mock-up of our proposed solution.
But the discovery process never ends. This mock-up is just the first
step on a detailed engagement process that lets your users comment
and critique, allowing us to refine and improve not just the interface,
but the application's functionalities and capabilities as well. At
this stage, we're used to hearing:
"Wow, if the app can do that, could it help us with this, too?"
It's at this stage that we see new ideas really begin to flow and the application's power really begin to develop. New prototypes emerge, and the process repeats, dramatically improving with each iteration.
Build
With
the prototype locked in, the execution stage can begin. This is where
our experience and expertise with off-shore development comes in. Our
ability to clearly and concisely communicate your project's functionality
and process flow enables us to work seamlessly with our off-shore partners
in Singapore and India, bringing both value and quick project-turnaround
times. Often, even our most complex projects can be delivered in under
45 days.
