Awards
The Awards module empowers the research office to more effectively and efficiently CAPTURE, MANAGE and REPORT on research activity. Administrators can enter project types and team information and they can track multi-center research and funding streams. They can record milestones, facilitate communications and improve project management with document control.
Certifications
Regulatory compliance and accountability in research are now of paramount importance. The Certifications module allows the research compliance office and research project staff to track and review events and renewals for human ethics, animal care, biohazard and radiation certifications.
Research Portal
Research teams, administrative support offices, review boards, and Research and Trust Accounting personnel can collaborate with the RESEARCH PORTAL. They can work together on submissions, define and execute bi-directional, multi-approval workflow tasks, and automatically communicate alerts and changes to projects. Researchers have a real-time view into their project files, associated documents and transaction status. When connected to the RESEARCH FINANCIAL REPORTING module, researchers have access to their specific project financial statements.
CV
Academic and research staff use the CV module to build, store and search comprehensive profiles of accomplishments for use in publications and grant applications and to develop a searchable expert database.
Prizes & Awards
The Prizes and Awards module is used to capture and report on nominations and decisions from provincial, national and international prizes and awards given to faculty and staff for scholarly contributions.
Research Financial Reporting
Financial information from your enterprise finance system is retrieved and made available to the Researcher, heads of faculties and departments and the executive office through a dynamic user interface providing "drill down" utilities to view cash inflows and outflows by research project, funding source and expenditure.
Extended Reporting
Using industry proven reporting tools, data from various sources is combined, organized and presented through online-analytical reporting systems, graphical dashboards, and comprehensive search engines.
